App doesn’t work
I used to use this app all the time and then it stopped working. Every time I open the app I login and it completely crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work. Everything else on my phone works including my peloton app so it’s not a service issue. It’s really a shame because there are some great classes on here! Also I did a program that has one class removed and I can’t get that program to go away now and can’t start another one. This app needs some serious work.Show lesskat749293839

Worked great for a while now won’t launch. Starts to open and then shuts down. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - same thing. Disappointed.jlan99

I was able to logon easily, but whenever I try to open an exercise routine it crashes and exits the app.MikeMikeyMike

Doesn’t work with iPad
**Newest update: Would give zero stars if possible. No longer works AT ALL. Input email address to log in, get message “errors”. No descriptive reason, no suggestions for resolution - nothing. Highly disappointing.
Update: Program is finally functioning but when tying to preview exercise classes the app closes. Upping my review a star to give props on fixing the prior issue. Tried several times to view details of Healthy Eating program. App closes then reopens but will not show program details or associated classes. Force closed all apps, shut iPad down, tried again - same result. Disappointing. iOS 15.5, current.Show lessSavage625
Really wanted to love this…but too glitchy
The programs and classes I’ve have taken have been great. It’s the app that knocks the stars off. It constantly freezes, kicks me out, doesn’t react to selections, and has very poor searching capabilities. I get this program from my health insurance but the poor technology is really baffling.AK97531
Unreliable
I use this app for my employer’s wellness program. Although I appreciate that they continue to add a variety of programs and I enjoy the content, the app is so frustrating to use. It is slow and glitchy, and I get signed out often. I’ve also tried accessing the website from a computer several times with similar results.Show lessPupper_doggo
Super Glitchy
Honestly after the new update i might as well delete the app since it’s ALWAYS crashing or not loading. And when it does work it is super slow, save room on your phone & just use the web browser version.Mandee B.
Worst Fitness App Out There
Every update is the same. Just don’t use it. Save your time. Please do yourself a favor and pass on this app. It crashes, doesn’t report a played video as watched, and… the content is boring. It’s like watching paint dry. No motivation or enthusiasm in the classes. Skip it.n30
