Tiny, amazing, and super sensitive

Just got one sensor to try it out, and had it working with one phone in no time at all. Very sensitive sensor which makes it very accurate and fast.

The first issue we hit was trying to add a second phone to view the data- the second phone connected, and my phone stopped receiving data. I messed with it for a while, and it started back up. Seems like that would be a common use case, but it is never mentioned in the doc or online.

The next issue is likely going to be dropping the signal from across the house. Understandable, but still a problem.

Both issues will probably be fixed with the connector, but it is not available at the moment. All in all I like the app, in that it does what it should do well. I love the data quality, love how small and well designed the sensor is. I’m planning on getting another for inside measurements, and certainly a connector when they are back in stock. Clearly there is room to grow.

Easy Information

Great way to ensure your possessions and environments are at the right levels. I have owned two sensor for two years and keep them in separate places. I especially like the ability to drag and easily view different time periods. I also like being able to export the raw data.
The ability to set push alerts when temps or humidity reach is a huge plus for being on top of maintaining homeostasis. Perhaps being able to set multiple alerts or using trend analysis to alert by variance could be used for more proactive alerts.

No criticisms, the sensors work out of the box and seamlessly connect in the app.

Great product and app but...

I’ve used two of these sensors and the app for several years and have been very happy with the functionality and battery life. App wise, it would be great if they could add an option to set notification alerts for approximated dew point per the Magnus Formula.

Font too small

Overall I really like these sensors. I use them to monitor two orchid growing areas. I like that I can see history through the day but for some of the items, the fonts are so small I can’t even read them with my reading glasses on. I also wish they connected to my home wifi without needing to purchase a wifi gateway but I understand and appreciate the reason they don’t

Excellent for growing plants

I’ve had these for years along with the gateway. They work great and I’ve never had issues, love the capabilities for tracking changes and alerts. App works fantastic. Can’t go wrong with these.

App was working fine, now it’s crashing

Love these units while things work. But when I’m using them to monitor valuable equipment that can’t freeze, I can’t afford the app to crash. And when I’m paying $70 per unit, plus $150 for the gateway, this is bad news.

Perfect for vacation house

I’ve used Sensor Push devices to monitor the temperature in our vacation house during the off-season. They are simple, reliable, accurate and reasonably priced. The peace of mind is much appreciated.

Very slow to respond

The sensors are really, really slow to respond to temperature changes. For example, when you take a sensor at room temp and put it in a fridge or freezer, be prepared to wait, wait, and wait some more.

Great app! Suggestions for new features

We’ve been using this app and several sensors to help balance a complex A/C system with multiple thermostats in a large building. It would be really helpful to be able to see the temperature graphs all on one page so they can be evaluated simultaneously. Thanks!

Love it

Great little device. Small and out of sight. Accurate and never any comms problems with my iPhone. Can’t remember where I heard of it, but glad I bought it. Gained new insights what’s going in my home wrt humidity and temperature.
