Love my 3 sensors and 2 WiFi interface
I use these sensors inside chest freezers, so I put the sensors inside a small Wiffle ball so I can find them as well as keep some air around the sensor. The sensors can’t be too close to the top as you might get an alarm when you open the lid. I have three freezers and it is interesting to see the graphs showing that one cycles every hour, one every 6 hours and the newest freezer takes almost 18 hours to complete one cycle. I also get an alarm if the WiFi goes out if a sensor was not able to uploaded data for an hour. I had a few questions when I 1st bought these and customer support was super fast and helpful!
Battery life in -10° freezer is about 18 months.

Highly Recommended
I got my first one in 2018 and bought a second in 2019. One is in my cigar humidor and the other in the back yard. These are really slick units. When the newest one failed after a few months, I received a replacement within a few days; great customer service.
I really like this sensor and app.
1. The sensor samples once a minute. Others are 5 or 10. For my purpose once a minute is much better.
2. The sensor can be calibrated. The web site has recommendations.
3. The app can support multiple sensors.

Doesn’t put the push in sensor push
Gathers data effectively but does not actually send me push notifications when the environmental conditions breach my pre-selected alert levels. I do not have any phone settings blocking these notifications. In the 18 months I’ve been using this app it simply does not do what it promises.
Works for me
I need a tool to remotely monitor temperature/humidity. I haven’t had any experience with alerts but the monitoring part works well and their support has been excellent.
Fantastic now
I bought this to monitor the temp/dew point in an enclosed crawl space with a dehumidifier. Not only is this device great for this application, but it is considerably cheaper than a comparable data logger.
My main annoyance for a while was how it was all but impossible to export the data (said file was too large when attempting to save to my phone). With a recent update you can now specify the date/time range and it zips the CSV file. Thank you!

No problems on my iPhone 6
I am using this device to test fridge temperatures. I don’t use alerts or check reliability of the humidity readings. No crashes and temperature data collected matches my expectations. I connect through Bluetooth and have not tried it over the internet paired with a gateway.
Works great!
Paired with the sensor push and gateway, I can check temp and humidity from anywhere I have WiFi!
The alert does not work
If you are relying on alerts it does not work. I will return everything back to amazon.
Quick review after initial setup
So far so good. Paired our first sensor to multiple phones very easily.
Not sure how to interpret the temp/humidity distribution graphs. Doesn’t seem to be in a statistical analysis standard graph type of any sort. even more useless w/o labels.
Other feature requests:
++1 for in-app help dialogs with info/help icons on same page/ near each feature would be helpful.
++1 for better std. distribution graphs: use a standard histogram vertical bar chart!!! x=quantized temp range, y=num of samples per time range choose at top of page. add axis labels, add setting to allow config of temp range quantization factor; e.g. 1 deg up to 10 deg. per bar to allow user to fit the histogram graph to their needs.
++1 for homekit support for each sensor temp/humidity. (alt option vs a $100 USD proprietary gateway) Are these devices able to support firmware updates?
++1 for better alarm set-point UI... sliders are awkward at fine-resolution for fat-thumbed folks.
++1 for icloud (ios app) automatic data storage & backup/restore to allow sufficient recovery of all data when changing devices or when using multiple devices with same account
