Issues even though I upgraded to Pro version
I have tried to get support, but even their system to raise a ticket for help, is flawed! So you can’t even report your issues!!!!!
I paid for the pro version thinking it would be worth the money…. I can’t even contact anyone via the app to resolve anything!!! Wasted money…. Unless they contact me via this negative review I will be requesting a refund from Apple. Shame as this was such a promising app…

Hi Carla, To create a support ticket in the app you tap on the question mark top-right of the Auditions Screen. There you'll see the first article that says "How to create a support ticket" that gives you two ways of sending a ticket. You can also go to our website and click on Support in the main navigation at the top of the website. Alternatively you can email support@slatable.com. We'd be happy to help figure out what's going on with your device and the app. Cheers!

Hi Chris, sorry you’re having audio issues. Would be great if you contacted us at support so we can hear what you’re experiencing. Sometimes simply turning down the phone volume can help and making sure you’ve recorded the audio in a quiet room.

Can’t stop subscription!

Apple takes care of the subscriptions and in-app purchases. All you need to do is go to the Appstore, tap on your iCloud user icon in the top right corner and then tap on Subscriptions. You can cancel your AuditionDrop subscription there. If you're having any issues feel free to contact us at support@slatable.com

Sorry you had a bad experience with the app. You could have contacted us at support so we could have resolved your issue. Most are resolved quite quickly with some simple steps. Slatable only saves to the Photos app in the MP4 format which is a standard video file format. Our share feature AuditionDrop also uses MP4. Please contact us at support@slatable.com if you need further assistance.
