AxisCare is a problem my aides can never clock in an error message comes up often…too often

I agree 110% with last commenter.
It would be a huge help to have:
-clients name,age,diagnosis
-clients preferences ie. sponge bath only as client has fear of shower, or meals must be minced (doesn’t wear dentures) , activities client loves, and important notes ie.client is sensitive to loud noises, or tactile sensitivity loose clothing, or no zippers
-anything that is important to client and their routine
-having this important information in one location would lead to better and consistent client care :)

Error
Lately I have not been able to clock in or out on the app. I even tried uninstalling it and adding the app back to my device and I’m having the same problem. I don’t know if this is an error within the software itself but it’s very frustrating..

Does basic tasks. But it’s really missing the client profile, and info. No age, no tid bit. No note room for first instructions (door to left, PIN code, etc) some offices don’t tell us much- and nor does this app. Going in with just a name and address :/
Worst app for companies to use! BEWARE!
This app started making my phone glitch about a month ago and today it completely crashed my phone! This app has been NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! Now I’m unable to work because of this app!
