This app tracks more than Facebook & google combined.
It states clearly that it doesn’t track your location when you are off duty, but then your phone will tell you that Onfleet pinged your location about 40 times in 3 days. I think the record is about 73 times in 3 days on my phone, and I have screenshots to prove it.

I love the app i just wish we could create and add tasks through our phones and also when i try calling a customer through the app not only does it give me a number different than the customers actual number it gives the customer my number as a different number too.
For example the business i work for is based in detroit when i arrived at the customers house and called him at the time i told him i would he told me he got a ohio number or chicago i can’t remember but my point is thats a whole different state and whole different number so other than these small issues the app is good with these fixed it would be 100%Show lessLdldldldldlxkcjxushahsvdbsb
Amazing
Idk what other companies use this but it helps out mine a lot. Now I’m just a simple driver but this app makes it easy for not only myself but my team as well. Dispatch inputs orders/notes in their end and everything pops up on my phone instantly. A few glitches here and their but what app doesn’t do that. Has a flaw
First, the completion of a task should ask to confirm so that you can’t accidentally complete a task in your pocket or otherwise. And second, weather the task is completed or not, you should always be able to delete pictures that were accidentally taken and add more pictures after the task has been completedShow lessLeo8098
Needs updates
I love the idea. Simple but the GPS part need a lot of work. The apple maps isnt as good as the google maps if there was an option to switch that would be great. There are many times on duty were the gps left me on the other side of the block of the address or the gps doesn’t get east or west addresses, leaving me at a different placeShow lessH A H A Z I T O
Terrible customer service for drivers
Rude staff when chatting with on fleet via text. I’m a new driver and had never done this before and they were rude every time I did something incorrect and would not help us. They told us we have to be the contact for the customer. Well customer speaks Spanish and I don’t. Then told us they were cutting our pay for the customers complex not being able to accept an order. Need “pending” designation
If a person is not home, the App should let me skip it for now and come back to it later. Right now my only option is to let it “fail” which I can’t go back. So I end up not completing this address and proceed to later ones without being able to access their details.Ann in SF

The OnFleet app is very simple to use. It makes it very easy for a gig worker to pick up the prescription from the pharmacy quickly and efficiently have the pharmacist approve the orders and then it takes you directly to the patient home. I also like the way the deliveries are not zig-zag all over the city, the app does an amazing job at organizing the deliveries and basically takes you on a loop which saves gas and saves time.Show lessMedZoomerPeggy
