Great driver support!
Every time I call driver support is super helpful! App works great. I wish there was a way I could see/know the customer feedback I’m receiving (like Uber) so that I can improve my service if needed. I also wish there was a way to see peak times when they need delivery drivers.mteachesmath
Sound for Notification of Tasks
Very good App, just need the sound back when notifying of tasks ... I guess this was a bug from the last upgrade. Very important for drivers to have the sound for notifications. Otherwise super user friendly to use!FleetMack
Map/GPS Update Necessity
Please update the the Onfleet to connect to using the WAZE App. I consistently get taken to the wrong address or routed in the wrong direction as the Google Map or Maps App is outdated.
Also, one of the benefits of Waze is that it tells you your speed you are currently driving, the speed zone speed, and also alerts you to Police on your route.

Thank you for your feedback. Waze has been a supported navigation option for quite some time. Please go to Settings in the side bar, and tap on ‘Navigation’ to select Waze as the preferred navigation app. Onfleet Driver supports the following navigation options: Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze. In the upcoming version we will support Here We Go navigation app as well.Onfleet
I think Onfleet is awesome! It’s a wonderful way to serve people in our communities and make some money. The app is really user friendly, as well. I provided domestic type moves for about 10 years. Worst app in existence.
It’s unbelievable that apple lets this buggy, awful mess on the App Store. 1 star for this garbage is more than it deserves. It will randomly give deliveries to drivers, when there could be a driver right next to the delivery. It didn’t even assign deliveries for about a week, because it was broken. Like, guys come on take some pride in your work here. Fix this mess. If you are thinking about using this overpriced trash pile, go somewhere else.Show lessSick sauce
Inaccurate millage readings
I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks and have been comparing it to my odometer and google maps. It’s become quite clear that Onfleet is under calculating my miles by 8 percent. I estimated that will be over $1000 a year I’m loosing in millage reimbursement. So that means this app will cost me $1000 a year to use. I strongly suggest anyone using this app or considering using this app to measure it comparison with other apps. I contacted Alex, lead engineer in the support department and he gave me the lamest response how it was my odometer and google that was wrong and when I pressed him with my evidence he simple didn’t respond. I’ll assume he is aware of the design flaw and chooses to ignore it. If you get paid for miles, save yourself $1000 or more a year and use a different app because this app will steal money from you. If you are a dishonest employer this would be an excellent way to steal from your drivers. You would be able to steal thousands of dollars a year. Check it for yourself I’m sure your results will be similar to mine this app is literally a rip off.Show less619mark619
User Friendly App!
Overall very well organized and user friendly. One thing I’d love to see change (or know how to use) is how to put a task on hold - or reset it after it’s started. Sometimes my path ends up changing for one reason or another, but if I’ve already started a task I can’t start a new one until I “complete” the started one. Sometimes I just need to put it on hold and come back later. But other than that, love using this app!Show lessHidden Paw

when clicking on 6 o’clock task before 6 - ide like a “are you sure” somewhat like when doing a task out of order you get a warning are you sure you want to do this task out of orderChicago drivers
