  • Amazing app. However

    We’ve been using this app for our business for a long time now. Works exceptionally well, however in the latest update it removed the “copy to clipboard function”. Usually when you start a task it copies the address automatically so we can input into google maps and it no longer does that. Please add that back ASAP! Thankyou

  • Easy to Use

    The app is straightforward. It would be great if i can choose which GPS application to use. It defaults to Apple Maps or Google Maps but I prefer Waze. Please update the application to feature Waze as well.
  • Please make Apple Watch support

    As a bike messenger, sometimes I just want to peek at the address while I’m riding in a safe manner and having to go through my phone is unsafe and time consuming, not to mention, because of COVID, I wear a mask so I can’t Face ID safely.

    Please make a watch extension that shows the address of my current drop off, it would make my life easier and much safer.

  • Extremely poor privacy

    On fleet insists that it needs your location data to always be on in order to work but says that it will not pull your location when you’re off duty. My iPhone notified me that it had pulled my location 3 times in the last few days despite not being on duty at all during that period. Not only is the requirement to keep location data always on ridiculous but they are also lying about when and how they will use that data

  • Terrible App. PICK another one

    Our company which uses this ap for now and we are huge and in almost all 50 states. We have someone working on our own system now because the company keeps complicating what was once simple and taking away features we started out with. When out route supervisor asked to return features, no lie, they told him he wasnt high enough in the company to request that. Of course they say they want to help u but their reply is, " its not suppose to do that". Clearly the people writing this have never been in a delivery position. They keep changing the colors, the fonts and causing more un mecessary steps to complete the task. Save yourself the heartache and frustration and pick another ap

  • Wrong directions

    Apparently the app or the dispatcher can’t correct it when the app is trying to put the location of the stop at the wrong address even when the correct address is listed. If you are unfamiliar with the area and the geo location the app gives google maps put the stop in one set of buildings, but it’s actually across the street, you can drive around for awhile trying to figure things out or just cancel the delivery. Very frustrating.

    Thanks for your feedback. In these (hopefully rare) instances, we recommend that you let your dispatchers know that there is a difference in the Google Maps geocoded address location and the actual physical location. The Onfleet Support Center has an excellent troubleshooting guide for geocoding that will help guide your dispatchers/operations team to make small adjustments for those cases as they are discovered. If they have additional questions, have them get in touch with support@onfleet.com and we can help evaluate the issue from there.
  • Forgetting password with new update

    I liked how easy it was to sign in before the last update.

    The app used to store the password and phone number and all I had to do was click sign in. Now the app forgets my password and sometimes the phone number so I have to type both in to login.

    Very annoying when I'm driving and take my eyes off the road.

  • TERRIBLE UPDATE.

    I’ll change my review if problem is fixed. I tried to contact support, but unfortunately they don’t have a complaint tab which caused me to write a review. New update for the iOS is terrible for two reasons. One, when I am driving I like to multitask to read customers notes really quick. I cannot see the notes from the multitask screen; instead I see the onfleet symbol over an opaque like screen. Second, while I am on a call I cannot complete any task since all that is shown is an opaque screen without the symbol... basically the app crashes when I am on the phone which I would have to kill the app and reopen it. Very annoying since this was not how it was before. It’s like this new update caused onfleet to take a few steps back.

  • Software review

    So far have been using in fleet for 2/3 months. Sending drivers task and etas works great. One thing I noticed is the google maps tends to lag a lot. Used other route apps and they had a quicker response and actually movement and direction. I also can’t figure out how to change the coordinate setting to the show the address.

  • Would like a destination address on Google Maps screen

    It’s a great app, but one thing I would like to see in addition Is that when I switch to Google Maps screen. It would be great if the destination address was showing somewhere on the screen.
