Why doesn’t it work with with tracking set to while using?
I know you can change tracking in settings but is another thing you have to do when getting to site.
Woolworths sign in app used to be the same until they received a lot of backlash from users about privacy & had to change it.
Why does Sinepro need to track users while not onsite?
Also you cannot see if you are inducted at a site before you get there. Can you add the function so you can see current sinepro inductions when your not in the geofence.
Please have a look at how Rapidinduct do there app , it actually works & is simple & doesn’t track you constantly & drain your battery.

The App is designed to use geofencing to be set to "always allow" to determine that you are at a site. This offers visitors the ability to check-in from their phone as they arrive at the location. You can turn off this permission when prompted, but it will prevent you from using this feature to check into certain sites that have opted for this option. In that case, you can always check in manually, but happy to pass this on as a feedback to the team. Regarding your required induction, you may always check what inductions you have already completed via the SinePro app > Workflows. Unusable even after reinstalling and power cycling the device.
Unreliable, don’t do it.
Check in at the station is similarly unreliable and won’t work a good portion of the time too. As a worker this is so much worse than a card swipe. Stick to simple and reliable if you have the choice.

Keeps getting worse!
The app makes you go through the questionnaire every time now (vaccine status, if you have a gun, etc.).
Finally, why can’t we use watch or the Sine App to get access to doors, buildings, etc.? Huge step down from Vector! I thought Honeywell bought this to make it better / more customizable for Honeywell!

If you are trying to reset your password for your Sine account, make sure you are logged out of your profile and click on the reset password link you've sent to your email.
