Takes forever and status in line lies
I have yet to use this app and get through to a provider in less than an hour. It even says the whole time “next in line” And I’ve never seen any other status there than that. I inquired with tech support during one of the waits and they said “there’s a bunch in front of you.” Oh yea? Then why say “next in line” When you should say “You are in the queue” or give an actual number? False hope.Show lesshokiem09
