With the My Insurance app, you can: • Pay your bill easily and securely with below Payment options: • Pay Online - Shows invoices that are having balance due to make payment. • AutoPay - AutoPay will automatically pay invoices on their due date using default payment method. • Pay By Text - A link to payment vendors will be sent to the registered mobile number and by following that link user can make payment for the latest invoice of the registered policy. • Schedule Payments - This is a single transaction schedule payment for all the policies for future due dates. • Manage Payment Methods. • Contact us to report a claim or connect with customer service • Enroll in paperless billing and paperless policy delivery • View/update policy information • Access your billing history • Change Username • Change Password • Link multiple policies – manage all of your N&D policies under one account • Have your independent agent’s contact information at your fingertips – click to call, access their website, and email them when you need • Find an independent agent – locate our agents with GPS or an address search Some features require logging in using a registered My Insurance account, or signing up for an account using your policy number, which you can do right from your phone.

    Sooo difficult to work with and try to pay a bill!!! Asks for policy number every time…why isn’t that stored in the app after I submitted that info when I downloaded the app. Very difficult to work with…I’d rather send my payment by pony express.

  • Paying bills used to take seconds. Now it take 5 minutes

    This app used to be great for paying bills. A recent update now has you verify your email every time you log in. When paying your bills, you are brought to a website where you have to manually type in our policy number. A payment process that used to take seconds, now takes five minutes.
