    I’ve had a long-standing account here and now for some unknown reason I now get a message saying I’m “unauthorized” to access the pages from brand names and no reason given.
  • One word - Trustworthy

    Take you time to examine this app. The best advice I can give anyone reading this is look at the seller’s rating, if the price on an item is too good - IT IS.
  • Refund and customer service

    Returns are a nightmare. Kixify takes no responsibility for fraud and you have to all the work thru PayPal to get your money back. I tried Kixify once and will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. Also when I did get any correspondence from customer service they were rude. There are much better shoe sites to use. Don’t waste your time on a 2nd rate 3rd party shoe scam

    Don’t buy from them I bough a item never got a tracking number contacted the seller no answer emailed the seller no answer messaged his PayPal no answer some people no longer use this platform and moved to stok x and goat so what ever items they had for sale they probably forgot to take the item down after they sold it on another platform

  • Shoes ordered money taken nothing received

    I tried this website for the first time they said everything was guaranteed I had ordered a special birthday present but when I asked for support or help no one was able to help and now the person‘s birthday is ruined. no product was received my money has been taken it’s going to take over two weeks to get a refund if I even get a refundBut if they guarantee the product they should be able to replace it

  • Horrible customer service

    I downloaded the app and bought a pair of shoes. Kixify disabled the sellers site later that day. I tried to get a refund and the seller completely ghosted me. Even worse the seller gave PayPal a tracking number for another customer and a different address. PayPal is refusing to refund my money because for them it looks like it was delivered. Kixify customer service has beyond USELESS. THEY WILL NOT BE HELPFUL IF ANYTHING HAPPENS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

  • Could be better

    Showing the release dates of the shoes would be helpful and also when they were released. I like the app a lot but missing some small key features and information that would help a consumer make a choice and show releases and dates of when they were released can impact a consumers purchase. Also adding an APO military shipping address would be very helpful as well.

  • Product placement

    When I first got in this app it was personal buyers n sellers a real community now u show preference to either ppl who pay u guys or stores who this app shows favor to and it’s impossible to connect with actual person buyers and sellers I sell shoes from time to time but they will sit on the site without even 1 look or want Bc of your premier sellers or select sellers if u wanna call then that This app just like many others start this off the back of regular sneaker heads then push them to the side so payed partners or stores can market thier product. Now I’d rather go to a sneaker convention where at least I’ll get a fair look at my products I have for sale n won’t get over looked by the stores who just floods your site and allow buyers to view my product as well

  • App requires extremely intrusive Twitter DM access in order to create an account

    Hello. I just downloaded the KIXIFY app for iOS. The app has an option to use your Twitter account (credentials) to create an account on KIXIFY.

    KIXIFY asks for “read, manage, and delete” access to Twitter Direct Messages as a precondition to creating an account. That is WAY too intrusive, and I have never seen an app keep this setting after being called out on it. Do not create an account using your Twitter credentials if this setting is in place.

  • Apparently only one way to remove item from cart

    And that’s to swipe left. There’s a plus and minus but pressing the minus will bring up a loading spinner but won’t do anything. And nowhere does it say to swipe left.

    Also, ordered some shoes almost a week ago and besides the order confirmation email haven’t gotten anything else. No tracking. App doesn’t tell me what I should expect in terms of time lines like other apps.
