I couldn’t find anywhere to write a review about the service of Kixify, so I guess I’m doing it on here. I’m sure the app is great, but thats not what this is about. I was looking for specific shoes, very hard to find, and I just so happened to find them on Kixify. Reasonable price, and the size I wanted was in stock. Or so it said. Ordered and paid for the shoes, and got a confirmation email that day. 4 days later, I got another email saying that the size of the shoes I ordered were not in stock. How did I order the shoes in the first place then? Why was that size an option to buy if they weren’t in stock? I did get a refund and got my money back about 3 days later. But it was just a big bummer, and I don’t understand the logic behind it. Won’t be purchasing anything from them again.Show lessAllyssah Leigh
Potential Scams / Lack of Customer Protection
I’ve used Kixify for about 4 years now and it was legit for the transactions I had in the past. I eventually began using StockX more because they have a higher chance of having the shoes I want, despite the high prices. Because of StockX’s high prices, I went back to Kixify to find a better deal & was scammed out of my money. I purchased a pair of AJ1s and the reseller’s order under my account denied me access to the order details and tracking information. I reached out to the reseller, who refused to give me the tracking information directly & I reached out to Kixify’s customer service & never heard back from them. I no longer trust Kixify nor believe them to be a legitimate platform to buy and resell sneakers. Kixify says they offer customer protection, but in reality they don’t. It’s not like StockX where they authenticate the products before delivering them to you. Kixify has zero protection for their buyers against fraudulent resellers. If you’re looking for a safe way to enjoy your hunt for DS shoes, don’t use Kixify. StockX may be high, but you get what you pay for. Quality over quantity.Show lessFrankCritique510
Just all around awful. Not worth it
I was scammed from a seller who somehow managed to get my credit card information.. had to contact my bank to dispute the sale. Never even received a response from the Kixify team after emailing them. I have seen so

Sold me fake pairs
Bought a pair of 1s, and got sent some fakes, with the pencil marks still on them and the air insoles coming off right out the box. Kixify made it really difficult for me to try and resolve the issue. I eventually got the refund through PayPal instead, but Kixify did nothing to the seller that sold me the fake pairs and also I’m out of a pair because I was trying to get them on drop but went through Kixify instead, please be careful, Kixify WILL NOT HELP YOU, their authentic guarantee is a lie and I do no condone it one bit.Show lessDizzle Ty
Unvetted sellers, high risk of fraud
Proceed at your own and high risk. Tried this website once and lost $225 right off the bat. The seller never responded to any communication (3 tries in one week). Kixify is slow to respond and eventually abdicates all responsibility to PayPal. I suspect there are reliable sellers on their platform, but I can tell you with certainty there are scammers. FAKE SNEAKERS EVERYWHERE!!!
I mean like everywhere. From “verified” sellers with 98% positive to brand new sellers it seems they’d all scraped the udder of the internet hard for those foo foo flips. Or listing shoes they don’t have yet. Do not buy sneakers here unless you wanna pay ridiculous resale prices for fake shoes.
I get that you can’t stop people from posting fakes. However there seems to be no internal authentication process to speak of. How else could these sellers have positive feedback?Show lessreviewguywhy

Just ordered my first pair of sneakers through Kixify because it was the only place I could order this sneakers I wanted in Kobe / Lakers colors and the transaction was smooth. Fast shipping from that seller too.FASHIFY
Needs a serious update
I tried to create a listing on the app and it kept telling me please select category and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out what wasn’t selected. So I go to website directly on my browser and that’s when I saw that there were a lot of items that needed to be filled out that wasn’t on the app such as product brand (Jordan, Yeezy, UA etc), size, stock, and uploading pics. Please review your app to see what I’m talking about because I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one having this issueShow lessLoco Crazy
Don’t waste your time!
This platform is disorganized and has sellers advertising shoes that they do not have. In short I was looking for a very common shoe and found it on Kixify (at least I thought I did). So I happily placed the order and was super excited because it seemed so easy. About a week later when I was expecting to get my shoes, I didn’t get my shoes, instead I got a message from the seller saying that the shoes that I bought and paid for wasn’t in stock and they couldn’t get the pair. That’s not a problem if they hadn’t advertised the shoe as in stock and if I hadn’t already paid for the pair a week prior to getting this message from the seller. STOP ADVERTISING SHOES YOU DO NOT HAVE! #smokeandmirrors #baitandswitchShow lesstheonethatreigns

If I could give this negative reviews I would!!! Awful site with fraudulent sellers!!! Don’t be scammed!!! The website says they back everything 100%, authentic and 100% buyer protection!! They won’t respond to all of my communications. And really, the fine print says it’s backed by Paypal, NOT them. Nevertheless, I’m left empty-handed out of several hundreds of dollars and NO Christmas (the only one) gift for my kid!!! Please be aware!!! And because they haven’t given me my money back, I can’t purchase from someone else, leaving my kid without a Christmas gift.Show lessL1234598
