Crooks!
They are crooks just as some of the seller on their site. They just want their cut from the crooks. I purchased shoes from a seller, they realized they were attracting a higher price than they had them listed for. They cancelled my order, then re-listed the shoes for more. Contacted Kixify service, said they did not have a policy against sellers cancelling orders. So they are complicit, why because when a crooks gets more money, so do they!Show lessGmatn44

Background Checks
You need to have background checks and quarterly evaluations on people who sell on your site. I had a bad experience with one of your sellers charging my credit card and not delivering the shoes.Fire2299999

Avoid!
This app is terrible. They don’t screen their sellers so you never know if the product you’re receiving is real or fake. That aside their customer support is probably one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
I was scammed by one of their sellers. He sold me a product, I paid via PayPal and then he messaged me to let me know he no longer had the product. I asked him to cancel the order and he refused.
I reached out to Kixify support multiple times over the course of about 2 weeks with a screenshot of the conversation with the seller and I’m yet to receive a response. The reward here does not outweigh the risks. There are better apps/means to purchasing. I would avoid Kixify entirely.Show lesshkmjhd

BEWARE!!!!! FAKE COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU
This company is running a scam. They have fake shoes for sale. I had to wait over a month to receive the shoes only to discover they were fake. Keep in mind they were advertised as 100% authentic with authentic photographs displayed. Once I paid I received no further communication with seller. I had to file a PayPal dispute and then they shipped the fake shoes. Then I had to open another dispute as the shoes were fake. Now I have to wait another week to get my $1800 back they took. I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to warn others so they don’t get scammed. Kixify and Kix_Spot are scam artists and refuse to let you leave negative feedback on their site.
