I have the iPhone X. If you want to use this app you have to re-download each time you want to open it. Once it’s opened you cannot re-open without it crashingaqu1973
Great at first....
Ran perfect the first time. Went back to open it and it just kept crashing. If they fix this problem, it’s as decent app.Woohooitzjak

App worked ok the first two times a few weeks ago. I’m running 3.4 now and it wouldn’t even load without crashing out. I deleted and reinstalled but I don’t know if it will stay working. Unhappy!Dtflyerfl

This company charges fees out the a**! Go with Squareup. This company has much better customer service and does not give you the run around when u request a refund for a product u never used. And on top of that....it’s free 😍 YAY SQUAREUP AND BOO CARDCONNECT!Shawneyboop
CardPointe is terrible
Do not do business with these people. Truly horrible. I spent 30 minutes on the phone being transferred from one person to the next. All nice. Unfortunately that’s all they are. They assured me this afternoon that everything was fixed.... lol. Same problem as always. DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE FOLKS. USE ANYONE ELSE.
IF THERES NO ONE ELSE TO PROCESS CREDIT CARDS JUST TAKE CHECKS.

Can't Log in...
Logged in with test credentials but not with my own. Keep getting error: "Data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format" when I try to log in. I AM able to login to the mobile site through Safari using same credentials.
Says it's v1.0 - guess it needs more debugging.Doihaveto2
