Amazing life organization tool!
I started using Twos over a year ago, and it has dramatically improved the overall organization of my life! I am a very busy full-time professional real estate agent and I always have lots of things going on! Important dates in a transaction are added to my calendar, a list of active customers, a list of prospects, a list of things that came up on an inspection, a wish list of things a buyer wants in their new home, the names of my client’s children, new vendors, & dates for future events are easily added to my calendar (no more double booking myself!). I start a new list for each transaction, and the name of the list is the property address, which makes it very easy to find! The ability to quickly & easily write, remember and FIND your information is incredible. I highly recommend this app!Show less***FlRealtor

This app is amazing, I can’t do without it anymore.
I was looking for a one-stop place to see my meetings and appointments (from my google cal) and daily to-do list + writing down ideas or different lists.This app is perfect for all of this and more.

I’ve used everything to enhance my productivity for the last year. As an Apple User, I’ll always have Apple Notes as my primary notes hub. I like reminders as well, but it is also limited to what I do. Additionally, my profession doesn’t allow personal cellphones and has restricted web access. This means no access to iCloud, Evernote, Amplenote, to name a few. I was left with MS ToDo, Todoist, and Twos.
I really wanted to love the two regardless of price and ease of use, but ended up using this app. Twos really stuck with it’s narrative that it has been preaching from day one - remember things!
Initially, it was really hard to get used to it because there’s so much going on, but after 2 to 3 days of using it, it’s been my go to app for taking quick notes and managing a very good to do list.
The only recommendation I have, for the developers is to de conflict the add to Calendar versus Reminders. Once added, they tend to keep multiple copies one in Calendar, and one in Reminders. Again, this is something very minor, but honest review.Show lessOiwell

A wonderfully simple app that enables me to write things down. It’s nice to get things out of my head and onto a list that’s enriched with reminder and calendar capabilities. I’m an iPhone user, and I’ve found the Twos app to be a very capable solution that replaces two of the ho-hum native iPhone apps - Reminders and Notes. It’s so simple to use. I have been searching for an app to organize my life, but google calendar, apple notes, apple calendar, todoist, trello, ticktick, and many others that I’ve tried just didn’t have it all, Twos has EVERY THING. I am a first year medical student with an outrageous amount of forgetfulness and this app has really helped me stay on task, remember upcoming events, start a journal, integrate my calendar from my family and friends’ events, have a perfect todo list, manage my important data (passwords, lists of experiences for my CV, resume, etc) and the customizability is insane. I cannot recommend an app enough.
If it seems confusing at first, stick with it. It grows on you, entangles you, and you learn more ways to use it as you discover all it can do. I am actually astonished as to why this app is not at the top of the list for productivity and why it is not more popular.

I’ve been using Twos for a few weeks now and I’ve got to say that this is the best “get things out of my brain and organize them” app I’ve come across. If you’ve bounced around between notes and to-do apps you have to give it a try. Also, if you are coming from the bullet journal world this is a perfect replacement or companion for your physical journal.
At its core, Twos is very simple, just put whatever you want to remember on the today list. But under that simplicity is a really deep set of features that let you set up a system that works for you.

There are so many ways to use this app from a simple set of lists to a fully functioning digital bullet journal. It has replaced my Todoist app of 12 years and once cloning and back linking appears may even replace my logseq in the future. Great for jotting down notes, tasks, ideas, organising collections of things. Super bonus it has its own kind of social media in Twos World where you can make public from a single world to a whole collection of lists and notes.
Fast development, beautiful helpful and friendly community. Everything about this app feels wholesome and friendly.
Took a bit of a moment for me to let go of the old typical productivity app set ups. Taught me that I do not need those complex systems like click up et.al. Helped me to let go, just write things down and let your own system develop over time.
