Not totally sold on this
Might be back to update this, but on first use this isn’t all that useful for me. I can see it appealing to photography studios, but the average user? Only occasionally. Good app and product but expensive shipping
I love my Blurb books but with the mobile app you can’t ship multiple books together.
When shipping is $51 AUD I can’t afford to get my books printed.#Janni#
1st Rate Easy to Navigate.
I am a real novice on the computer. I was able to put this together, photos and all, in 6 hours using a tablet. 80 page photo art book with limited text. Thank you blurbNorvsta

JESSICA was brilliant dealing with my problems., got my refund, this is an excellent way to deal with a customer who was unhappy. My 7x7 memory book had 11 photos with heads 1/2 chopped, I think some was my mistake as well. I am happy with Blurb but, their site is not as friendly to use as it used to be. The platforms to,use for photos,in a larger 10x8 NOT easy. I use not one of the 4-5 to import the photos. Arghhh, but Jessicayou we’re a trooper, thank you.

This means the price you see for shipping and handling isn't just for the postage alone but includes other costs associated with shipping the order to you. That said, we appreciate the feedback. I have used blurb in the past and been very happy with their books and photo app. However I have recently tried to make a book and the only two books it allowed me to chose from were very basic books. I made a photo book and had not realised when I ordered it that it was about 4” x 4” a complete waste of time. I ordered 2 and with postage it was £46 what a rip off. I will not be using them again in a hurry and I suggest that you use one of the other great apps that are around. To be fair they did respond and said the app I was on was to allow you to do small easy books. It’s didn’t explain that on the app so just beware what you have downloaded. You need to download BookWright to get the full choice.Show lessjobloggs

Hello, I'm sorry your experience wasn't as good as you had hoped. I understand that in the past you may have used our desktop app, BookWright, or one of the other creation tools for a desktop computer. If you're looking for a bigger format, more creative options or a wider choice of cover and paper types, then I suggest you try one of the other design tools. I hope this helps. There is plenty of need for an app for creation of photo books. I checked out this app and was very disappointed in the lack of design and size options. Other than captions, there does not seem to be an way to insert text, not even on blank pages. If Blurb is going to offer an app, it should support it. If not, then junk it. I’m all for minimalism but this app offers very little that I can see for creativity in making photo books. At the very least, one should be able to insert text in a book. Captions alone don’t cut it. There need to be more size options as well. Update and improve please!Show lesscheik1

I have loved blurb for over 10 years and have created so many photo albums. However, I am now looking for a new program. I am only using an iPad and I need the same landscape size I have used for several years. I wish blurb would allow better iPad support. Hoping this will happen soon.ekelley525
Nowhere near as good as PC version
Unfortunately I will have to hope that my laptop survives another year because this app is poor my comparison. Limited book size and editing options really very, very basic.
I create a book every year and was hoping that I would be able to do that on my iPad but this is nothing like the full PC version so I will continue editing images on iPad, uploading to Dropbox, downloading to PC and then working from there until the laptop finally stops booting up.
Then I will probably have to buy a new laptop just to make the books.

Blurb review
I have been a long time user and loyal customer of blurb. I can no longer use my computer to do the book. The book comes in only two sizes. Cannot be done in paper back, Has to be a hard cover.
Have to put one picture on a page. I started the book making process with no knowledge of what it would cost or that it had to be a hard cover. I have been giving gifts to my sister-in-law showing our trips and they’re all the same. Except this one. I’m not just complaining to complain, I hope blurb will do better. these books are pretty expensive and there is a lot of competition out there.Show lessAnne37330

Blurb completely screwed up my order, and when I called customer support, only an answering machine picked up. No support or help at all!photos bombed
