Only does America. Can’t change country and only numbers for email. Worst parking app.
THEY STOLE $18 FROM ME
I have never purchased anything from this app. I was hesitate to pay such a high price to just pay parking to my local beach (it was from $18-around $60 and $80). I never purchased a single ticket but it was a BIG MISTAKE to enter my card details and before I knew it: THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME WITHOUT ME EVEN CLICKING THE PAY BUTTON. Now my bank is telling me I need to contact this company to receive my money back. The Google reviews told the tea on who’s behind this awful app and the reviews there are just as bad, all 1 star reviews 😂Scammers. Please do not download this app. Ever.

Works fine
No issues with phone app. Need Apple Watch app too so don’t have to take phone after parking.

Downloaded this app and immediately received a text from “Apple” that said I have been charged $537 - call apple at this number if you didn’t make this purchase…
Scam!
Paid for parking and got a ticket for “failure to pay”. Don’t park anywhere that uses this.
Warning - possible scam
You may be duped into paying both the parking rate AND a fine. I used the app and, after authorizing it to obtain my location, selected the zone displayed to me by the fault, presuming it correct.
In retrospect, that was a naive presumption, if my experience with other parking apps that do give you the correct parking zone didn’t blind me to see this coming.
Days later I received the fine by mail.
Costumer service did NOT respond to repeated attempts to communicate with them.

Not Impressed
Downloaded the app to avoid hassle of waiting in line to use a kiosk to pay. Tried several times while visiting Key West, Florida where zones are clearly numbered and this app is advertised. The app consistently denied that any of the zones existed Back to paying at the kiosk!
Can’t get a response from support!
I’ve tried to contact support through the app and by email, but can’t get a response.

They say network error when you select the cheapest option and makes you select more expensive option for more hours then you need.
Unusable and extremely buggy

The app is unusable. Aside from being extremely sluggish iOS app simply does not work. It lets you select the zone (from the 5ths attempt, if you are lucky). However, it does NOT let you select the time. A timeline that was supposed to be there simply does not appear. We have tried this on 2 separate iPhone 12 devices on 2 differ providers and both had the same issue. The screenshot is attached.
