If they supported Pay, it would be so much better and more secure. Since they don’t for some unknown reason, then 1 star for the convenience. Security is always above convenience.
Park somewhere else
Warning, move to another parking spot if this app is your only option. The only payment option was $75 even though I only needed one hour. I couldn’t use the pay by card option, as the slot was blocked. No rates were posted, so you don’t know until you’re late for your appointment and no time to park elsewhere. Beware.

Scam Parking Business
Some of their lots are “photo enforced” and if you are even 5 minutes late leaving the lot (not vacating the spot, mind you) they will mail you a citation. You better hope you receive notice of the citation before their criminally short expiration time ends or they’ll double your fee. And the fact that paying their citations includes taxes and a “service charge” goes to show this is just some greedy capitalist preying on people looking for parking to use public services.
There’s a reason these lots are always empty. If you see this sign, do yourself a favor and walk the extra five minutes from a more reputable parking lot.

Despicable pricing
Most parking apps let you choose the number of hours and charge you accordingly. This one gives you three options - until 11 am the next day, 4 hours for $10 (ripoff), or 8 hours for $20 (double what you pay for a spot 20 feet away). I will remember it's better to walk than to give this company my money.

Automatically forced an extension
This app automatically forced an extension on my acct and I was charged and they won’t refund my bank acct. their support chat doesn’t work either when I tried to get answers to the resolution. It’s convenient but not worth the hassle if you run into billing issues.

Totally overpriced and the app only lets you do increment of 2 hours minimum. A total rip off. Will never use again.
