If you are someone that tracks your work directly, this app will frustrate you
The issue for me is it seems like every few weeks the app breaks. It has no concept of time. It seems to be linked to whatever time zone you actually are registered in and not UTC. The whole point of the on-demand library so that you can take burn with you when you’re someone like me who travels quite a bit for work. My entire streaks blow up whenever I am outside of my register time zone and I am a numbers person…I push myself based on my streak!
On top of the fact that your account is tied to your registered first name, heaven forbid you abbreviate your first name (during a requested update by the app no less) because then it registers you as a guest and you lose all access.
I’ve done more troubleshooting for this app and given it to our local franchise owners, who themselves are at the mercy of this ill attempt at a service. Do they even tested this thing before hey release it?
Update: initial response was to go to AppSupport; I did and the FAQs do nothing related to the noted issues above.
