Every workout is 🔥

I don’t live close enough to a Burn location but was really interested in their workouts. I have been using Burn On Demand for about 3 months now and it is incredible. Matt is the best and provides great cues that I don’t even realize I need until he says them! There are also modifications for every exercise depending on fitness level and equipment you may/may not have.

The workouts are so challenging and leave me feeling accomplished everyday. I love following along with the protocol or being able to pick my own workouts. Try it out, you will not regret it!

Absolutely Love!

I workout at home and am members of Beachbody, Peloton and Burn Boot Camp. I just started the Burn at the end of 2023 and the workouts are incredible. They are hard, challenging and motivating. I feel like I’m in the gym with them and that the trainers are right beside me. This is an amazing app and I’m so glad I found it for 2024!

Great when it actually works

I’ve been using this app since it launched and I love it when it works but when it doesn’t it’s extremely frustrating. They take forever to reply to you and nothing really ever gets fixed. There really needs to be a better system for the OnDemand users only because I only workout on this app. So hopefully they can get better at tickets and app support because I want to update my review.

No resolution for AirPlay - no audio

I love the variety of options in the app. However, I’ve had an open ticket with the burn App support group since late November and there is still no resolution to issue. When I attempt to airplay from my iPhone there is no audio on the TV. When I stop screen mirroring and go back to iPhone, there is audio. My latest inquiries about the issue (12/11 & 12/13) still have not been answered. So yes, I’m able to use the app but not in the way it’s supposed to work. Where is the Burn accountability to help when needed??

Biggest Scam Artist Around!!

Stay far away from this place!! They will make you sign a contact on an iPad that you can not even read take your credit card information then take money from your card for a membership you don’t even have. My daughter and i joined for 6 months. Decided we just wanted to do one month after that was told sure you can sign up for one month, just sign here on this iPad and go jump into the class. After our one month we did not return. Later to find out that they continued to take monthly payments out of my credit card. When I called and explained we only signed for the one month I was told to bad it’s in the contact it’s on going unless you cancel I was never informed of this never received an email of my contact or a written contact they just stole my money right from my credit card. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay far away from this place a bunch of thieves!!!!!

Not happy!

App is ok and has improved over time. However I’m really disappointed that when I started Burn I had access to daily workouts and now they require payment on top of my already expensive membership. Sometimes I can’t make camp due to my crazy work schedule but now I have to resort to the same 3 videos for 3 months if I miss. I wish existing members were grandfathered to keep access to these workouts. At least just the daily ones for the week and then take them away.

Currently not working

I loved the trial of this app, but now it logged me out and doesn’t register that I’m an on demand member! It keeps pushing me to do a trial. I’ve reached out to app support but haven’t heard from them and it’s been a couple weeks. It was a great app when it was working! Will adjust the rating when I get this resolved - I know it’s a new app so there’s an adjustment period. But currently can’t use it at all!

Love it

I used to go to the gym but circumstances changed and I had to stop going. BUT I LOVE the on demand app. The trainers are amazing. Matt always gives super helpful form cues which are easy to understand to put into application at home. The workouts fly by and if you don’t have a lot of time they have mini camps on demand that are usually just under 20 minutes. I am so happy and grateful for Burn to have launched their on demand app!
