Slow and glitchy
This app worked wonderfully a few months ago now everything takes forever and I have to wait for it to respond to my input, then wait for it to load the next page. The logs themselves keep glitching every time I change duty status or make an edit and changing some random chunk of time to drive time forcing me to log out and back it just to correct the log or at least the log I can see. I’ve been through several providers for tracking HOS with ELD’s and these guys are excellent. The few issues I’ve had were resolved in minutes and they take your feedback and suggestions seriously. The number of enhancements made since I’ve been on is impressive to say the least. So happy to have found Samsara!Show less042218
Great app.
I have used most ELD’s this one so far the best. Driver friendly and perfect for tracking and dispatch. Also have a future for live sharing link. You can create links for brokers to track without using external tracking software. Highly recommended.Hasankor
Very user friendly.
I can sign in the morning and no need to do anything else the rest of the day unless I go off duty.
Edits are easily made if a mistake in on duty/off duty time is made.
My company is thinking of switching to Samsarra from another company and I truly hope they do.JeanneH983
First day using this app
Self explanatory, very user friendly. The only thing I wish I could also do here (so far) is log driving hours from another company. I also drive a school bus, a job that does not require logs - however, my class A job requires logs from me for the class B driving time.PjhSchneider

By far the best elog I have found. My drivers like how easy it is to use and how stable it is. Other brands we have used were always disconnecting and we were constantly deleting and reloading the apps. Automatically goes on duty while driving
Great application. Easy to use. The only problem I have is while driving and stuck at a traffic light or in traffic it will automatically boot me to on duty. At the end of the day I have to go back and correct it to driving.TimF94J

None, needs to be simplified. Dang warnings and violations for driving when you’ve not even logged in to drive. Constant headache. 8 hour/ 30 minute break violations when on duty not driving. Doesn’t make sense and is very irritating to be getting warnings constantly for no reason that you are in violation of something that your not. DOT is going too have a hay day and when they see or records and for the most part we’ve done nothing wrong.Show lessbadbassdad

This app is so flawed in so many different ways I won’t even begin to list. It’s more or less quite impossible to pass a dot inspection using this app without having your company perform Administrative edits. Even the management gives up on trying to fix needless error like the app mysteriously not logging drive time. The only reason the dot might pass someone using this is that they they are seeing thousands of errors from cell phone based apps that basically don’t work right cause they don’t always ping the cell towers.
The app is ruining my life and I’m not understating that fact. I’m constantly worried about the errors in my log. I’m frustrated and if I quit my job, it will be because the company uses this app. and won’t change.
