My Flex Account is super easy!
I have been using the app for about 6 months, and I love it! I upload my receipts right away because it takes less than a minute and then my reimbursement is in my account within no time. No more saving them until the end of the year and trying to figure out if I have everything. Love it!

Some suggestions, but overall good
Overall, I like the app. It is relatively easy to submit claims. I do wish that My Flex Account automatically synced with claims as they occurred and you were able to just approve the ones that you wanted reimbursed. I also think that when you upload receipts, bills, etc., that you should be able to type in an explanation or a memo with it.

Good clean no nonsense app.
no Touch ID
No Touch ID and over complicated login procedure. GUI not clear - difficult to navigate.
