I cancelled my subscription about 3 years ago but they still send daily email notifications despite my repeated requests to ask them to stop. Totally non GDPR compliant

Will kind of does, but forced portrait view and is a tiny window emulating a mobile phone screen.
If you have to use a tablet (iPad) I would recommend installing the App to get push notifications, but using the web version through your browser.

Excellent chat client and so much more
Found it by chance through another app that integrates drift as the default chat client and I’m glad I tried it. So far so good.
Great app.... but...
First, I love drift and the app....
But my iPhone app currently has a rogue notification that I can’t find... so it won’t go away. I’ve been digging in the app for it for days.
If it’s a bug, it needs to be fixed so that time sensitive notifications stand out. If it’s something I can’t find, then they need a better UI.

Simple and effective!
Simple to install on my website, and allows me to keep in touch with prospective clients in real time. Highly recommend!
Good when it works. Embarrassing when it doesn’t
This application and the drift product overall is great when it works! That being said, I’ve been using it in my role for a little more than 2 months and it hasn’t worked for about a week out of that 2 months. That’s a 12.5 percent down time... whether it’s an account specific error or a global product outage the problems continue to persist with this product.
