I have to say Drift is really a step above the rest. They collect so much data from the person you are engaging with you have a pretty good understanding who you are chatting with based on where they have been on the site. Using the AI to ask initial question helps to qualify the prospect prior to human engagement! Drift is a true game changer!!!
