App could be designed a lot better. Pen Air should get with technology and make the interface a little bit better to use. The software is just not designed well and I feel like I’m using a version from 2005

Even though Pen Air tried their hardest to become corporate robot. Employees like Jamie, Meg, and Ken make it a pleasure to do my banking there.

Aggravating
I love being able to check my accounts and transfer money. However, I get an error message way too often and it’s simply aggravating!!! Especially when I need to transfer money in a hurry and I get “application error” and my accounts won’t show up. Please please fix this issue. I have an iPhone X.
