Pen Air keeps sending me emails asking me to give feedback. They want to know if they’re doing enough for me, as a member. But then they pull this crap. They deliberately leave certain members behind, blame the members for their own corporate-level elitism, and tell their members ‘tough luck’.
Are they doing enough for me as a member? Not even close.

Why does my credit union feel the need to try to bully me into buying a new phone? Do they have some sort of down-low deal with the phone companies? Do all app makers? Maybe, instead of restricting people who are smart enough with their money to not replace a perfectly functional phone they like with an overpriced one that they don’t like just because it’s “old”, maybe continue to allow even your frugal members continue to access their accounts on their “dinosaur phones”.
Three stars because I can still use the app, as of now. But I can no longer update it and will eventually no longer be able to use it. I’m not happy. ALL members should be important and not have access unduly restricted. Not just trendy ones who properly keep up with the Jones’.

Thank you for your feedback. As new phones are released, operating systems are also updated and released. In order for our mobile app to stay compatible and functional with the new operating systems, we too have to make changes and update our apps, as with most apps. This is also for security as well. Unfortunately, you are correct in that after a while, most older phones stop receiving the updates for their operating systems, as they are no longer compatible and unable to support the new updates. We appreciate your feedback.
