The app works fine, but it’s more expensive
I downloaded the app to pay for parking in La Jolla, but never had the time to actually complete the transaction. The app said the parking structure I was in cost $35 and was charging a $1 convenience fee. When I went to physically pay on my way out, the cost was only $25.

The Worse Experience Ever!
The morning Agent was awful! What appeared to be funny to her, was not funny to me. I begged for assistance with paying for electric for EV Car, which she found humorous at 4:30am having worked the graveyard shift. She then told me to sit and wait til 8:30am. I only needed a little Customer Service on how to purchase time for ACE PARKING. What a miserable piece of work this agent was. I hope she looses her job. 🙏🏾Show lessScoobydoobrown
Parking extensions via the app are not communicated to enforcement officer
The app reminded me of the upcoming expiration in 15 minutes, paid the extension fee with 12 minutes to spare and came to my car to find that a notice was issued a few minutes after the original expiration. Had to submit an appeal statement online and provide photos as proof, it will take 4-6 weeks to hear back by postal mail if they recognize the error on their part. Loved the fact that I could pay easily with ApplePay and manage my parking session on the app. Unfortunately after this experience in San Jose, CA, I will not use the app or ACE unmanned parking facilities againShow lessEddiedmv

Wow this app was recommended by a friend and boy was I glad I downloaded it! So easy to find available lots with big events. Easy to just pay in the app and you’re parked up in minutes without needing to visit a machine!Stevie-Pre
