This app I have use for year's 👍
I have used this app for year's now. And I appreciated the recent update. But I would love to have more updates. As a lot off us use this app. Now I think people would agree that it take time and cost to do this. And I believe that people would pay a small payment per annum! To have you keep it more stable and up to date. I would like to hear from others thoughts on this. As it's always been a great app. But in the past sometimes it crashes and we have to clear cookies and phone on and off to work again. Also I only can share one small very little video per time. So it takes a long time to download a lot as I do.
All in all a fantastic APP BUT NEEDS MORE UPDATES AND KEEP ON TOP OFF IT. PLEASE. D CROW.

Please fix new update
I downloaded the new update a day ago and I notice that I no longer have full screen when viewing notifications, and when playing back footage. Only half the screen is been used for full screen. It makes it hard to actually see what’s going on on the screen. I mostly use my phone to view my cameras remotely, so this is very annoying. Also 1X 2X 4X speed would be nice for playback. I actually prefer the older version.

Unstable App (IOS)
This app is not stable running on latest iPhone 12 with latest OS , the will do strange things like you check for no push notifications yet it still send push notifications. There are times when it just freezes. When it works it’s pretty good.
Cameras and app
I really don’t know what people are talking about when they say that you can’t view any video away from your network. Maybe you don’t have it set up right. I’m miles away and out on the ocean from mine and I watch it all the time. My only drawback to this is I don’t have sound. And that could also be my fault maybe I don’t have it set up right.

Great buy! Had an installer who didn’t know what he was doing install, but the customer service was so great, i was able to get everything running myself! Love the product and the service. I love it so much, i wrote this review
Worthless
This app is complete garbage. What is the point of hooking the system up to the internet. Cause when you try to look at your cameras it will never view it. The minute you are not on the same Wi-Fi network you might as well forget it. Even then it only works half the time. There no fast forward for play back I’m looking for another system that will actually do what it says. It bad when an app ruins it for a product.

New update
My cameras were working fine. But since 1 or 2 weeks, I can no longer view live feed on mobile network. If I am connected to WiFi. It works fine. If I switch to LTE or 4G it says device offline.
Date issue.
Everything works fine, including date on camera monitor.
Problem is when connecting remotely with iPad, date is American. How can I change to Day/ Month/Year on iPad?

After the update the playback is a solid blue all the way through instead of individual lines of episodes can this be fixed pls

Great camera
This a great stemut e App could be set up different at the Notification and playing back videos. It should be given a choice to pick Date, Time and Camera to make it easier to search back. It is horrible the way is set up now. Good. Luck playing back and searching the spot you need to see. While moving your fingers up the search is a nightmare. It keeps kicking u out of place. Sign you off and start again. Can’t search back without a hassle. Please fix this Thx
