Big update big problem.
This AP is terrible. I've sent in request on fixing it and am going to have to switch companies if it doesn't get fixed. Go back to the old login system.TapUout
Lots of Cleaning Up To Do
I just don't know that they have everything figured out. It seems like a couple people who really liked Crossfit who are decent at computer stuff decided to make this system. There are a lot of things missing..... I've had talks with them. For example, one of my biggest peeves is that a client can cancel a group workout on their own, but not a private session.... things come up... they shouldn't have to call their trainer or even no show if they can't call.
If I was new and not already in their infrastructure, I would go elsewhere until they did some more work on their system, simplifying what they have, and adding obvious features that should be in it already.Show lessTonycressfitness
Worst app!
- constantly crashes
- updates continuously change the icons and actions
- have to delete app and re-download every time an update gets pushed
If your gym uses this, tell your owner to go to Wodify instead.IhateZenPlanner

Logs me out all the time
After the update I am logged out of ZP app all the time. It did not used to do this and is a huge pain. Please fix!!Lishak8

Logs me out every time
Normally ZP is spot on and all the improvements have been great, but every time I close the Staff app, it logs me out. So I have to log in every single time I open the app which really delays the start of class while I'm trying to check people inCallieSwag412
Horribly lacking
What good is a schedule app in which you can't create or edit appointments? You can only change the schedule by logging in zenplanner on your desktop computer. The fact that this app accompanies software I'm paying $100/mo for only adds to the disappointment. With so many competitors on the market, zenplanner needs to fix this before customers switch to more complete services.Show lessColtNC
Needs more features to be functional on the go
Check in through the staff app has made things significantly easier, however there needs to be more features such as appointment creation/editing, the ability to process memberships & sign up (this should be available on the Member app too to drive revenue), ability to edit a class or series, etc. Has a lot of potential but needs more additions.Show lessBb4628
Need the ability to add appointments in this app
This app is only really useful for two things; adding a new prospect and checking people into classes or appointments. My business is 100% mobile, I need mobile functionality when I'm on the road. If I have a client call me and request a personal training appointment, I need this app to be able to allow me to put that on the schedule.
