Limited - really only useful for scheduling
Functionality is limited and user friendly only really for scheduling. They *say* you can do other things but it's relatively clunky. I have my operations manager input attendance with this staff app, and it's easy, but would love to have a full function staff app or a responsive website to run ZenPlanner- it's 2017!!! How companies aren't mobile friendly still is beyond me.

Simple and effective
Love the app. Zen Planner is constantly working to improve the app. Easy way for our staff to check in the attendance for their classes.
Would love to have a way to reserve a class for non members from the app.

I really like the new update to this app. The only request is that I wiuold like to see an option for a coach to send a group text or email to the class he coached or is coaching. In the event he wants to praise or send a reminder. Also at times it is a little glitchy.CFZachary

Zen planners staff is amazing. Not matter what question or problem I have they are either quick to answer and help or get the answer quickly. No system is perfect! But the ZP program and its staff work very well together to mold itself to your business' needs.Boo ya bam

Very useful
When off-site, it's a great way to see who has checked in to class. When on-site, can check people in right on the floor at the beginning of class for the people who forgot. Also easy to use the app to add a profile picture to their account.Googly Whiskers

This is an awesome App for our business, Empower ME Academy in SF, and very easy to manage at the moment! Although it is in the beginning stages. It would be great to have the same functionality as the Apple Kiosk App and the Online program. We look forward to the additions and improvements that Zen Planner will be making.
A great addition would be to purchase memberships on the Staff App and Member App. It would be great to have the option to purchase memberships in the App.Show lessMary Rivers SF
Perfect but....
Hi! This is awesome BUT the options for purchasing class packs and payments like this desperately needs to be on the member app. If I hear the comparison to Mind Body one more time I'm going to scream.
Students want to view the schedule at all times whether they have a class pack or not. I do the same. If I'm considering going to a class at a studio where my pack has run out I still want the option of seeing what is available before I make my purchase.
Aside from that the staff app is great. Now let's jazz up the member app to the same level!!!!Show lesssuelolabamba
