No response
I have had so many issues with this app! And now they are just ignoring me. 12 days ago, I worked I worked a shift and I was there for an extra 3.5 hours. When I tried to adjust my time, it would only let me add 2 hours. So I wrote to support and I have still had no response from them. Then, 7 days ago, I worked an extra 2.5 hours. I couldn’t add my full time and even though they force you to “always allow” full access to your location and I clocked in for my shift, they marked me as a no show and suspended me. I already had a shift booked for the next night, which I worked an extra 3.5 hours again, which I could not add to my time. I have been writing to them about all of these things for days and days and I have not heard anything back from them at all. So now I am missing over 16 hours from my payments and they are just ignoring me. And my account is also suspended even though I did not miss my shift like they are trying to say I did. I searched online for any other way to get in touch with them and found 2 different emails. I wrote to both of these but all I received back were messages that said those emails are not monitored and to contact them on the app, but that is clearly not working!?!? This is all ridiculous! They should have some other way to get ahold of them when they are ignoring my messages on the app. Especially when I am not being paid for all of the hours I already worked.

No shifts acess
Hi Team,
I joined this as I saw its amazing to support an individual in todays day for a side hustle. But i was extremely disappointed.
I joined this platform two months ago, just got one or two shifts. But one which I go after reaching for the shift we never got an opportunity as you had prioritize ppl who are are not first timers. I believe you should give everyone an equal opportunity who has received the request for the shift.
Whereas, the application shows that there were 100shifts posted but since I joined, my account is newly made i just got one, which i did accept and faced this disappointment. I am sorry but it should be a equal opportunity for everyone.
Looking for a better experience which would change this review.
