Impossible to get past the fact that it doesn’t do the core functionality.
Frustrating user experience
This app makes expenses take far longer than they should. Where is the bulk upload for receipts from the phone? Why doesn’t it tally how many receipts you’ve added so you don’t have to count manually. Why can’t you link uber monthly reports instead of uploading screen shots one by one? What a waste of time.

Handy but a bit clunky
Whilst it’s good for basic tasks on-the-go, it’s still not the most user friendly app. For example, it would be good to be able to load multiple images at the time instead of painstakingly doing them one by one.
Can’t compete reports
Not very useful.
Can not enter expense coding.
Need to enter password each time.
Can directly upload receipts, but it’s easier to email, then there is a back up too.
Only benefit is checking available credit.

Early days, useful but still not nailing the basics of iOS
Where is the TouchID (or FaceID) support?
Where are the notifications to prompt completion of expenses or approvals - users should not have the remember to go into the App to check if there outstanding activities

Needs refining
Works ok but needs setting up from the PC end with wizards (I think, not super intuitive). Also requires Touch ID and retaining PIN’s when updating 😬

Hi, thanks for the review. Your Wizards should all be set up by your Administrator, if you have any questions about how they're used your company Admin can help guide. We're looking into adding Touch ID in an upcoming release - and PIN's should always be retained during updates from now on. Thanks!
Missing Touch ID Function
Good app, but missing Touch ID functionality - could you add that please?

Like it but still needs improvements
I use the approver function daily/weekly , which is so handy when on the go. I also really like that I can automatically upload a picture of a receipt rather than having to email it to the tool. So helpful.
I have been unable to submit an expense yet. There appears to be no option to add the mandatory tax code needed on my expenses or an option to change the business unit when it is an expense paid by another department. If i had this I would give it a 5 star or 4.5 at least
