Bad bad bad
This app is hit or miss. Unfortunately it is a major part of having a security system so it is the weakest link in the chain when it comes to off site/out of town monitoring.
The app has trouble communicating with the main unit in terms of settings. They both seem to battle each other and can't seem to agree on settings. I turned off the motion alerts (garbage) but still get alerts nonstop all day long.
Also, why can I not interface with the home menu and save/change settings from my mobile device. Again this becomes worthless while traveling. Clearly this is an independent developer outside the company and for that reason it becomes a complete failure.
Fix the weak link and watch how powerful this system could be. Till then...bad.Show lessyeeha68

I am happy with camera system. Everything is great now! I had written a bad review due to the app not letting me log in but after new update for the app and a software update to the system, everything is working great. I love the ability to be able to set up the motion sensor notifications. Thanks for the update!Show lessDogslol😘
Was working...
Set up system and after struggling to get the app working, using method described in these reviews, the app suddenly quit working. App loads but "failed to connect to device". No idea how to correct this. Kinda ridiculous.
