You need to fix this.
Wish there was an actual set currency of the country you’re in so you know what you’re actually paying.

Please fix your app I have had issues with it for over a year I’m never able to pay through it it either glitches or says it’s went through but then there’s no order history. It is so glitchy very slow and I always have to go to the website to finish an order so what is the point of the app especially when it’s promoted to use over the site… just a girl who loves PLT frustrated everytime

It a scrams don’t buy on this I lost 72$ for a t shirt who cost me 8$ and the didn’t send me the rest of my shipping 😡
Don’t order from here
Just for them to ship to Canada costs a ton of money that they don’t refund, and on top of that you have to pay to ship it back. The quality feels cheap and the refunding policy is terrible. They also do not show how much items are in CAD currency.
What a horrible app
This app is terrible. Constantly freezes and doesn’t add or delete products from cart. Also, I noticed the prices on the app are much cheaper than the prices on the website. i’ve never bought from pretty little thing and I’m very hesitant because of how this app performs and I don’t trust it to, one bill me correctly and two, not charge me twice.

44$ for shipping!? i just check for a simple t shirt and its like 7$ and with the shipping its literally 51$ 🤨?????? i am so sad bc last summer i have buy a short and the shopping was like 11$ i miss a chapter?😂
took my money without sending my order through
I have used plt since I was in high school, I am now 25 and wanted to see Nicki Minaj for the first time so I ordered my jacket from plt first. 2 weeks before the concert PLUS the “free speedy shipping” they gave me. When I placed my order I got no email, no thank you for placing your order but the money was taken out of my account. They told me I had to wait 5-7 days for the order to process so I tried ordering it again but this time through the app. Same thing, when I tried to get someone on the phone there is absolutely no way to talk to anyone on the phone from plt. They ended up sending me someone else’s tracking number with their address on it which is not ethical at all. I will not be ordering from them again. I got my money back but never got the clothes I ordered. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. All they could do is give me a 30% off coupon. All of this concluded in me having half my outfit come concert day.

PLT steals your money
Ordered off this site a month ago, my package never made it to me, I contacted customer service and they only refunded me the cost of my clothes but didn’t refund me the shipping cost ($20) . You would think they are considered to operate to a high standard but apparently not. Order from here if you want crappy material, see through, very bad quality clothing, oh and also order from here if you’d like to pay extra for shipping and then not receive your package! ~ Australia 🇦🇺

The app doesn’t work… like ever.
I have been a loyal PLT customer for years now. I’m tall and skinny so it’s always hard to find pants that fit and I love their tall range, but lately I can’t even shop here anymore. The app has SO MANY glitches and problems that it quite literally makes it impossible to buy anything. Most of the time I either can’t check out, can’t add something to my cart, or can’t even get the app to open period. I’ve been patient (this has been going on for nearly a year now), but I think my PLT era has officially come to an end. Not because of a problem with the clothes, but because the shopping expirience on the app is so frustrating it’ll make you want to pull your hair out. I see so many other reviews saying the same thing, so I have no idea why it’s still like this, but whatever.
