  • Great app, but numerous reminders, even if you complete it

The app is generally great, but there are a couple of user interface issues that could be improved. One significant issue is the reminder system. Even after completing the daily module with the first reminder, I continue to receive notifications throughout the day. It seems like the reminders are set on auto-notify rather than being tailored to actual completion.

Additionally, prioritizing and switching between modules can be tricky. If your needs change, navigating between modules requires a somewhat cumbersome drag-and-drop process. There’s also no clear indication of whether you’ve completed a module or made progress. It would be helpful if the app tracked progress more effectively and allowed users to revisit key aspects of each module as needed.

  • Great App But Lots of Typos

I’ve been using this app for a little over a week so far, and I do feel it’s made a difference in my self talk. The one thing that drives me crazy is how many typos I’ve seen. Today’s lesson alone had some like “I” instead of “I’m” and “I’m going to have a heat attack” instead of “I’m going to have a heart attack.” The lack of proofreading before publishing the thought bubbles used in exercises comes off as unprofessional.

  • Try this app!

This app feels like a friend you can turn to when you’re having a hard time and need some positive reminders that you’re okay and life can be good. Highly recommend.
  • Was good at first but became very very bad

They made an annual subscription for me and took the money out of my account even tho i didnt sign up for aa annual subscription, I chose monthly but i then cancelled it and deleted the app. very very unhappy i wouldnt trust this app again.
  • Simply very good

    Has changed my life
  • Great app, purchasing options — not so much

My free trial expired and I was going to go for a weekly subscription. App offered me another free trial which I thought was nice so I accepted… to only later realise they charged me for a year long subscription for £69.99. It read “free trial” and I just presse buy without even noticing that a “free trial” actually cost £69.99. I can’t find a way to contact the app support. I’d like to move from a yearly plan to a weekly or monthly one please.

Other than that it’s a lovely app and I enjoy reframing my thoughts with it. Three stars only for the payment mix up which was very poorly done from the user perspective. Please sort out

  • Theft

They offer a 2 week free trial then take all the money up front with no means of cancelling it. I contacted them twice via their app. They didn’t reply.

  • Great, although pricing is unnecessarily tricky

I was a bit skeptical of the app, but it immediately started uplifting me the moment I opened it. It has very digestible chunks of info and inspiration and it involves you on a very intuitive and reinforcing level.

The only negative is actually in the pricing that it’s offered. It makes it sound like you must buy the one year subscription if you do it at all. That’s not so, but you have to dig and this seems a little bit deceptive to me.

  • Not the best so far

I have been using this daily for about 4 days so far. I am currently not subscribed but I’ve been doing the free Anxiety module. I’m
Not sure if they’re all like this and I was hoping it would change overtime, but every “lesson” seems to be a broken record of “instead of having these bad thoughts, have these good ones instead!” I don’t see how that would be helpful without any additional action, but every time I use it that seems to be all the “guidance” it gives.

Im not sure if this would be helpful for anyone but it certainly isn’t for me, so far.

  • HORRIBLE

I downloaded this app about a month ago and I didn’t find the app particularly useful and I actually forgot that the app was even on my phone. I just spoke to Apple who told me that for subscriptions Apple is just the middleman they contact the app developer and request a refund for the customer. That being said I never used the app a day past the day I downloaded it and started the free trial. I noticed the charge on my account the day the subscription renewed, and I immediately canceled the subscription because I don’t use the app and requested a refund not only was my original request denied, I appealed the decision and it was still denied. This app is supposed to help with stress and anxiety. It is doing the exact opposite and causing me stress and anxiety because it took $63 of my money for services that I never used and refuses to return the money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS VERY ETHICALLY!!
And I did contact your email for support ON MONDAY it’s now FRIDAY and I have received no response!!
