Worst app ever
I got locked out of my account several months ago only because I had to change my debit card information. Literally just the expiration date changed (got a new card) and I got locked out permanently. There is no one to contact for support. And the pawnshop keeps sending me new links and doesn’t understand that I simply cannot get into the app. It’s beyond frustrating and has reduced the amount of purchases I would possibly make with the store. It also made it more difficult to pay off my pawn. Ridiculous!Show lessCharlesnflorida

This app is completely disappointing and useless. I went on the app because I have items in pawn and I wanted to pay on the item before I lost it. Well the app signed me out of the app as I added my card and then when I tried to sign back in it says my account is locked. Well then I call the shop and they don’t control the app and won’t take payment over the phone and I can’t go to the shop because I’m out of town, so I lost my item all because this app is stupid and there’s no way to contact anyone. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST INTO THIS APP!!!!!Show lessHkgpanda

Doesn’t accept my debit Mastercard for payment. Would really be beneficial it that was possible! Otherwise decent app it seems.s14240sx
