Locked out and doesn’t work.
Got locked out of the app. I’ve called the shop. All they can do is send me a new activation code which still doesn’t work and I can’t log in. Someone needs to fix this app asap.Rurrrell
Unexpected Error
This app is basically useless. You can’t get to login, you can’t request an activation code, can’t use an activation code. All it says is unexpected error.Rai1705
Mobile Pawn App
This app could be great if it worked correctly. There is a glitch and it doesn’t connect to WiFi. When I first installed the app, it worked and I was able to make a payment. Now it doesn’t work and it stalls and tell me that I need to check my WiFi settings, when there’s nothing wrong with the WiFi. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times and it’s still the same issue.Show lessMichikogordon

Can’t change shops!
First off- I love my current shop and staff but THESE REVIEWS ARE FOR THE APP!! I don’t think there’s any transparency for people to realize they’re here reviewing a third party company and NOT THEIR LOCAL PAWN.
I lost a precious item previously because this app wouldn’t let me activate my account which resulted in lapsed payment. I no longer use that shop for multiple reasons. I am trying to add a new shop to my MobilPawn app so I can make a payment. Yet here I am, once again unable to register using the link sent from the new shop, despite submitting all the access codes that I keep requesting/receiving. I also can’t delete the old shop from my account- which leads me to believe this is why I cannot add the new one (despite their being a section to do so). I am out of state and this is a real problem because I need to be able to make these payments via the app as I’m unable to do it in person.Show lessejsklaroff
