Awesome game but..
First this game is very fun but if you survived over 1000 days it’s very boring because it’s like you have the krampus bag and the supreme sword and thuside stuff and when you play over 9000 minutes it like you will never die too so please please please please please add another update to this game don’t starve together is getting so much update but you forgot one thing don’t starve shipwreked but i would like so that the fps is better becuase well it very laggy and i go so fast with the walking cane and road the shark helmet and road make me go so fast my ipad can’t handle it.Show lessyyhhhttbbeerr
Inventory has been broken for over a year
Every time I start a new world, at some point there is an issue where if you select something from your inventory, you can no longer access any menus. For example, last time I went to equip my axe, it doesn’t let me equip it, the movement joystick will reappear on my screen, and from that point on the only thing I will be able to do is run. There is no way to save, no way to access inventory, which means I have to force close and lose everything from the last save point. This has happened so many times, honestly I quit playing. The game itself is good, and klei is great, but without any resolution for this issue this game is unplayable. I’ve had the game for over a year, haven’t played in probably 6 months, tried again today and had the same issue happen almost immediately. I’m on iPhone XR, all of my updates are current. I like this better than the original.
- I actually played this first rather than the original Dont Starve and I find this one more enjoyable. - I like the mechanics of this game and it is harder which is nice. The original is way too easy for me. - I love the music and almost everything about this game. 😀
+ Things I would like: I kind of wish Webber and Wigfrid were here in this game. I know this is supposed to be hard but I feel like it’s too hard sometimes to get food, manure, and meat especially. - I would honesty rather have a difficult game rather than an easy one. App needs updates and bug fixes
I love the DS games and was excited to play Shipwrecked on my iPhone, but there are too many bugs to enjoy. Crafting doesn’t work consistently and seems to get less predictable as you progress. Also the mobile version does not start with Walani available, but all the standard DS characters are.Blackcurrantjam
Stuttering & Silent Crocodogs
Love “Don’t Starve” games.
But constant stuttering makes gaming very unpleasant, using iPhone 7 Plus. Playing on default world settings. Battery saving mode is turned on. Tried to change system settings to free up device resources, also turned off all display related filters and adjustments, but the game is still stuttering.
Also, recently encountered an issue with silent Crocodogs and no warning on their arrival. Tried reinstalling the game, changing game settings, but no luck. Don’t know what else to try. Your help or fixes would be very welcome.Show lessAleni Innet
Amazing game
Easy five star game. Firstly the graphics are amazing its like watching a vintage movie. The imagination is stunning: i love the mobs the different lands etc... anyway id like for you to add a limited swimming time so if the boat got destroyed you can swim for a couple of minutes but overall i have no complaints and i support your work. I know I’m not the only person asking for this I see people ask this too, when you custom the world can there be a option to turn off the brain thing because my smartness always go down and I die from it all the time!𝕜𝕒𝕚𝕝𝕖𝕪𝕪𝕪
Wes is too weak
First off wes es balloon should do more or at least cost less sanity like 20 health and thay fight for him doing more before thay are pop ed like attack back or some thing when that pop is kinda like does more damage it’s not worth the sanity costs at all he does nothing other than nothing he’s way too weak he should get more sanity or hp and maybe balloons do more and fallow him and attack near bye mobs just what I’m saying is he needs to be boosted a bit okay

A Few Problems
The game gives you all Don’t Starve Reign of Giants characters without effort put forth. I find that ridiculously. I think it would be nice if you had a game on the phone called DS collision. Where it has all expansions in one. And when playing on Don’t starve reign of giants you would unlock DS characters. But to unlock shipwrecks characters you must play on shipwrecked. Like 8 days on reign of giants is willow. But eight days on shipwrecked is Walani. Also the same would apply for don’t starve hamlet. So maybe just a configuration of the game dlcs. And you could choose together as well. With together you would be given all new characters with it. I’d say a good price is $10-$12 dollars for being mobile. No Controller support
So I like the game. Touch screen controls are hard to cope with even on iPhone X.
I will give 5 star review once they add controller support. As of now I can’t play this game with just touch controls.
Edit. Just recently tried playing again. This game has soooooo many bugs they need to fix. Don’t buy it unless it’s been updated recently!!!
Bugs I kept not being able to build like over and over and over I’d press to build an item and it would just load me out of the build menu without item. I ended up being killed because of this. I needed to build a torch and it wouldn’t let me build after trying like 20 times with different approaches to build the item.
Controls are superrr clunky btw
