Love this app
I have been using this app for a year now and I love the ability to maneuver through it. I love the ease of the tips and the overall way of accessing everything!
Pointless extra screens
I got this for the Wellness Incentive. I log into the app, then it wants me to log into the website on Safari. Once I log in on Safari, I stay on Safari opening up new tabs with each click. It won’t recycle old tabs either.
It won’t save my log in either. The session times out both on the app and Safari so I have to go through the whole process again. It would be easier just to use my computer…

Update gave blank screen
Tried to complete update for new version. Update seemed very quick but when I tapped to open, I got and still get a blank screen to open app. I need access to search an insurance issue as quick as possible so my insurance will have to charge me less than they have been.

The app works really well just does not always pick up things I have already read.
APP DOESN’T EVEN LET ME LOG IN
i downloaded it a week ago, my job is signed up with the app as my job appeared. simply clicked to log in with my job’s credentials and then loads to a white blank screen and stays there. tells me to i was logged out and try again. did it 6x with same errors. left it alone for a week until now and same error again! doesn’t even let me log in so 1 star.

The app is great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s been difficult to report my health screenings. It could be operator error or it could be an area not user friendly.
