I really like it it saves my time as i don’t have any vehicles, but sometimes returning it feels like irritating
Can’t use the back button on iPhone 15 Pro Max
The back button is situated top left right where the clock is and does not respond to touch.
User error?
Was likely user error but the gears did not tolerate very much of an incline. Other than that—like that it has a basket (won’t hold small items like a phone very well) and downloading the app and adding your credit card was simple.
Worked well
The app seemed to work very well. The bike I rented was new. Everything worked on it. Good for paved pathways
Great location, rental rack system needs some work
I rented a bike in Fenelon Falls to ride the beautifully scenic Victoria County Rail Trail. The first bike I tried unlocked right away but the front tire was soft (my fault, I should have checked). The second one I tried would not unlock. The third one said it was unlocked but did not beep and the lock did not release. The fourth one was a success! It didn’t take long but considering there are only 8 bikes available and (at least) three of them were not usable, it really limits how many people can use the bikes.

Bad UX
While getting the bike through the app was pretty easy, ending it was not. The app doesn’t let you see a map with the closest bike station while showing your current location and the UI is pretty confusing to get to that. so you will have to look at a map app and switch to the app to figure out where to park which is dangerous while you are on the bike or will take so much time. In general worst app experience of bike/scooter rental I had.

Very easy to use
I found it very easy to use. It is my first time and not sure if they got a time track built in the app or not. I tried to find it but did not see it. It would be nice that I can track my time or even am alarm warning me how much time remain. Overall I livres my experience.
Amazing for what it does
Chances are if you downloaded this app it’s because you had to. Collectively this app is amazing for the rental process but could definitely be improved to make rides more enjoyable. Some thoughts include 1. Showing popular spots, 2. Showing bike parking, 3. Apple Watch integration. Just a few off the top of my head but the app is great for the rental process

St augustine visitor
This was too easy! We rode to the beach and back. Our return was as the sun was setting and it was incredible. People at Sun Day where we started were so nice too! Excellent day.
