Bad UI and incorrect info
This app does not meet modern standards for a gaming app. It does not correctly show current winning numbers nor does it accurately show recent transaction plays. That makes it a big risk for any consumer user. Compared to the website application it is deficient. There must be a major flaw in the api architecture that prevents correct results from appearing. If it wasn’t for the email option to send out played numbers this app would be rated even lower. With all the money coming in, you should invest in a rewrite. This app is helplessly broken.

With the touch of…
Just the tip of my finger I am able to have the luxury to play cool games, that are far. Though just being a newly wed couple almost 3.5 months, a low income family, and bills coming nonstop. I still try to enjoy good clean fun, that also helps out our great state of Kentucky. I know my higher power keeps a close eye on fabulous people. So everyone that is involved in the betterment of others and themselves…….

Worthless in rural areas
This app is pretty much worthless in rural areas of eastern Kentucky where you cannot get cell service and rely on WiFi for access (WiFi calling and texting). The app uses your IP address instead of location services, IP addresses are more than likely assigned outside Kentucky’s location by your ISP. They need to rewrite the app to use location services instead of your IP, location services are far more accurate anyway.

Poor app and customer service
I play the two big lottery occasionally. I started noticing that if I had winning tickets I never received the winnings in my acct. it is very difficult to maintain a conversation in the chat room. Impossible to get to a real person in the phone. The app would show I had a payout and the rep on the chat would say it wasn’t a winner…..the app says “not responsible for errors”….so why play online if your not getting your payouts and they aren’t responsible and who’s getting the payout if not me??

Worst app to be ever used
This app is horrible. The design is poor, it’s unintuitive, and it has so many bugs I couldn’t even begin to list them all in this review. I’ve been an iPhone user since the very first one that was released, and this is literally the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. And to make matters worse, it has significant financial impact, and the bugs are so bad I seriously doubt it’s secure. If the developers want a detailed list of problems, contact me.

What a joke!!!!!
I’ve been waiting for two Months to get my location approved to put money on an account so I can buy tickets on the App but I’m still not approved I use it to scan tickets to see if I have over looked a winning ticket that the only thing I can say anything about this app. I’ve called I have went on the web site and email Still not approved I actually think no one works for this app

Can’t detect in state.
Everyday I have issue saying it can’t detect that I am in the state. No where near a border to another state. The message says call if error. I called once and tech didn’t even try to correct. Girl said it shows I was in Alabama when I just used clearly in Kentucky and walah all of a sudden I’m in Alabama. Good grief I would like to have that traveling ability. GPS terrible.

Ky lottery is a bad joke, I don’t know why I even add a dollar to my account. I don’t know how many times I’ve been playing and for no reason I get logged out and have to log back in so that always ruins a little luck streak. Don’t bother to leave a email cause no one is gonna answer you either. I have an error message but customer service doesn’t know anything about it so it’s 3 days later and maybe tech department might fix it, or might not

Trash !!
This app has many good features, but it logs u off randomly every lil bit and u can’t make deposits and it keeps erroring … it’s honestly about the worst app I’ve ever tried to use as far as dependability goes … HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !! … if it were solid and dependable I’d def have given a high rating, but until these issues are fixed I’m staying with the trash rating … c’mon KY … as much $ as u make on lottery and taxes surely u can do better than this !! I feel like I’m trying to connect to a third world country on dial up 😒
