Worst log in ever!
I need this app for payroll but I have a problem logging in every time.I have had to change my password so many times. It also doesn’t support finger ID. So stupid! Please fix!!!!!!
Not an app
All essential functions you want out of a payroll app take you to browser anyway, so get on your desktop! 2023 and its like Paychex hasnt heard the iphone has been released. Company is cheap and changed from Paycom (which had a functional app). Lost faith in the management.
Malware
This App seems to have malware attached to it, cause of the way it doesn’t open anything on iOS products. Useless. No updates, not even attempts to have it semi functional.
Horrible App
Doesn’t ever work. Won’t let you login just says “unknown error”. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded multiple times. Don’t waist your time with this app
Never works
. Never works, always asks for a new password. Every time I log on it ask for a new password. Happens with the entire staff clinic.
Fix your app
Sign in takes for ever. Multiple log in issues! My phone is expensive and I pay a lot a month on it. So I would not have to deal with this type of stuff……..

Doesn’t remember password, Face ID doesn’t work. It’s more time consuming than anything else.
Absolute trash app
I wish my employer did not use this app. It is a total headache, buggy, and just overall looks out dated and cheaply made.
New updated app looks great
Updated the app last night and it looks great and easy to use.
