  • Need an app for iPad

    This is a great concept but my elderly handicapped mom does not have a smart phone. She only has an iPad and a land line so she can’t use this app.
  • Error screen

    Really wish I could post a pic, tried to log in and it’s a white and yellow page with the words server error and runtime error all over it 🤷🏻‍♀️ how does this help us.
  • Zero Stars

    The app is terrible. Extremely slow, often crashes, and many functions don’t even work (such as scheduling an appointment with your provider).

    The “urgent care” is terrible. The providers don’t read anything you say (as evidenced by them submitting replies within seconds of you filling out twenty pages of information). I definitely don’t recommend wasting your time and money!

  • Needs camera option

    Doctor wanted to use this app for virtual visit. It worked but very difficult to see where I’m pointing the camera when trying to show the area in question. It needs the ability to switch to the rear camera so I can see what I’m showing the doctor. If it’s there, I can’t find it.

    Really needs to integrate with Apple HealthKit, though. It would be great if the lab results I can view in Everyday Well would transfer over so I could also track them in the Apple Health app.

    New user who was really looking forward to using the evisit service, but the app literally hung up every time I tried to use either the evisit or any other button for that matter. Come on guys! Let’s make sure this works before you put it out there!
  • App and Website Login are Not Responding

    Website login cycles the same three webpages over and over. If I attempt to login via the app its just stuck on the loading screen.
  • Script Error

    App gave me script error when I logged in. Uninstalled then reinstalled and it still gave me script error page when I logged in.
  • Problem with completing information form

    I spent 3 hours answering the questions on the forms preparing for my upcoming visit. I got kicked off the website and when I logged back in only two sections had been completed. When I tried to get back in nothing happened. This is very frustrating. The app is not intuitive and the “next” buttons are unresponsive.

    Looks like the website. Slow to load and I’m on a good WiFi connection. Overall the app is somewhat acceptable.
