App Stuck on Permissions
I downloaded the app to my iPhone, i logged in and now asking for permission for face id and notifications, once i click “Allow” it changes to “manage”. Well i clicked on manage and settings good but when i go back to app it is stuck on permissions and no way to get out of it. I deleted app twice and once login it opens but all you see is permission tile and can’t close it or move and no buttons to click. FIX IT!!Show lessElda P. Garcia

App is stuck on permissions. Also very large font allowing only the first topic. Does not scroll and can’t reduce screen so you can read and allow everything…whatever you need permissions for.

Unable to access
Wants me to approve face id and permissions in settings. I have done this but am still unable to access the app. I’m waiting and attempting to get approval from my primary provider on a referral to a specialist but cannot find out because of the problem. Has been going on for a while, please fix. No updates for the app are available either.Show lessSimply interested
The APP is Substandard
This APP is substandard in comparison to other healthcare apps. The UT Health app has many more features, and works well as a mobile platform. I can’t even send messages here, and see what I’m typing!! I have to go back and hope to touch in the correct spot, because the keyboard covers up what I’m trying to correct as soon as I touch the mistake!!!Show lessDosimetrist23
Access
Load is the new version but when I try to open it, all I get is the front page. It won’t give me anything that will allow me to login. I deleted the program and start it all over again, but got the exact same response the only way I can get into EverydayWell is if I go to the Internet and Internet myself from there please see what you can do about fixing this problem.Show lessAjanep01
I can not get this app to function
I was able to download and create an account but for the past 3 days if I try and log in I get stuck at the building your experience page for hours it’s super frustratingCorskin
Unuseable
App gets stuck on Manage Permissions screen after login and I’m unable to scroll it up/proceed to actual portal. App is fully enabled in my phone settings but I can’t go any further. App update did not fix this.Kissmyvaz

Not useful enough and often not functional
Every medical network has long had these apps. This one is the least intuitive interface I’ve seen with the least valuable info. Importantly, forms couldn’t be completed on my iPhone XR. The last/lowest field would consistently get covered up by the in-app keyboard with no way to see or edit what was being entered there. Logging in often required more than one entry inexplicably, like a login to the app and then a login prompt again when selecting an action. I’ll stick with the browser.Show lessLaWeMi
