I have tried several times over the past week to login into the app but when I open the app there is no place to login. The app does not appear to be working.barbwawa
Wouldn't Stop Loading
Saw this app had a 2 and a half star rating but didn't think it could be that bad for a hospital app. Couldn't even get passed the sign up or sign in page after restarting the app multiple times. Had to use the browser.Lola 789

Update fail
I did the update and now the app wants updates to preferences. The screen will not allow me to update the second one on my phone so I cannot get beyond the screen to use the app.CoolerthanIknow
Only a splash page?
I downloaded the app on my iPhone 7, running software version 15.7.2. All I get is the splash page. Nothing else ever loads. Useless. I’m supposed to get my test results through this app. Now what?!leafwingbite

Worst health app
This app is horrible. We live in a time that communication is at our finger tips yet this app can provide that. I have notifications set up for email, as it doesn’t allow text, and even those don’t come in on time. A text notification that something has been updated on your file or that your doctor sent you a message would be better. People check text messages more than their emails. The app lags too. Everything is so delayed. Had to give it 1 star as I was not able to do half. Come on memorial hermann, your better than this.Show lessjazz67212345
Needs some work
The app is a bit slow with pulling data. There should be an option to import data into apple health.Alrima25
