    I could’ve driven to my doctors office and back three times in the time it is taking me to try to set up this portal. Still can’t figure it out. Going back-and-forth between M well and every day well.
    The office sends the info that does not come through. To tell you the truth I am ready to stop using Memorial Hermann. You would think the doctors office would make sure that you were all set up with the portal before they try a virtual visit. We’ve been back-and-forth on the phone but apparently memorial Hermann does not allow the doctors to talk to patients on the phone! I couldn’t be more frustrated.

  • App is Great…when working

    I enjoy the convenience of the app, when it works. I tend to run into trouble once a month or so when it just loads and the biometrics login keeps repeating and recycling itself. Closing the app doesn’t work, however, rebooting the phone, sometimes does.
    As I understand it, MHHS will be switching to EPIC aka MyChart. Looking forward to that so I can have all medical records in one location.

  • App does not work on iphone, stuck on Manage Permissions

    Y’all read your reviews. Multiple complaints because app is not working on iPhone. Manage Permissions screen appears as soon as you log in and will not let you scroll past it or automatically disappear so cannot access the app. Fix it please. Works fine on PC.
  • Can’t Use on IPhone

    There is absolutely no way you can use this app with an iPhone if you want to type a message to your doctor. You must use a desktop or IPad to send a message. Not everyone has that available to them. For an organization that is going ‘paperless’ this app must work on all devices.
  • You expect me to communicate with my doctor using an app that doesn't even take keyboard input

    The ios on screen keyboard covers the text entry field, blocks my ability to see what I'm typing, and doesn't allow me to paste a pre typed message into the box because the keyboard always covers it. Did ANYBODY test the very critical "send a message to your provider" function of the ios build of this app? Do you pay for QA at all? The key draw of this app is limiting the pt's need to navigate phone trees but we can only read messages, not send them? Fix this. Seriously.

  • Such a reputable organization should be ashamed of this app

    I’ve never had problems with a junk app, much less one of such importance. This app is absolutely horrible! I’ve had the hardest time just signing up. I’ve done it for my phone is kicked me off a couple times and then I tried from my iPad and it just loads forever. At this point, I don’t even want to continue the sign-up process because an app this untrustworthy is not going to have access to my personal private medical information. I don’t understand why they just don’t connect with My Chart. Shame on you Memorial Herman…..SHAME…

  • Terrible experience

    I downloaded the app to get my test results. Created my account just fine, but when I went to login there was a black screen with a white spinning circle. It stated “down loading your experience.” I gave it two hours, closed the app and tried multiple times. It must be an amazing experience for those that do get in….I just wasn’t one of them.

  • Non functional

    I am a medical doctor, and I actually graduated one year after your president and chief executive officer, Dr. David Callendar, at Baylor College of medicine. Methodist could not do an x-ray on me so I schedule it at Memorial Hermann. They were fine taking me back and they gave me instructions on how to download this app so I could send the results to my ordering physician at Methodist. I was able to register for the app, but every time I open it, I get a circle that spins round and round, and round, and round and round saying ‘Building your experience.’

  • Used to work but last update killed it

    Used to work and was decently user friendlyish (the UI needs a revamp w customer input) but the last update and now it’s unusable. I open it, see the welcome screen, faceID comes up, scans my face, I pass, back to black welcome screen I just saw, faceID comes back , scan, pass, rinse repeat to infinity. Can’t use it bc I can’t even get the app open.

  • Everyday Well Memorial Hermann App

    This app is very user friendly when it works which is about 25% of the time at best. I have a very up to date iPhone, so I know it is not my phone. A majority of the time the app is just a blank screen and has to be deleted and uploaded. The sign in using face recognition rarely pulls up, so I am constantly having to log in with my email & password instead. I think Memorial Hermann needs to get a new app or give this one a FULL overhaul!
