Not Bad. Could be better!
It’s been real solid for me on my LionChief trains and now with the LC+2.0 I picked up. Always connects right away and responds almost as immediately as a conventional controller and maybe better than the battery remote.
That being said like others it would be nice to have access to things on the 2.0 trains that you can with the Command Control system like Crew Talk. Also there is NOT a version that is specific to iPad. Both my kids have iPads and the control screen is small like a phone screen and not very clear. It would be nice if it scaled/fit an iPad screen better natively.Show lessBachTrumpetGuy

I have a polar express train and it came with this thing that said I could connect I couldn’t context it to this app at alljoss/jossie/jossalinoe
Using the app but I don’t need the controller cause it’s cool
It’s cool without the controller by using the app. I use this for my Polar Express and I like honking the train.Acortana2019

Why I have to use this sub-par application to make changes to a legacy loco which can’t be made on the CAB2 is beyond me. Just more lack luster decisions from Lionel.dsinn
Needs work but functional
The visuals of the app leave much to be desired. They do not seem to be natively compatible with new iPhones. Resolution is terrible. Just needs a user interface refresh and would be excellent!Scottie Bear
Do not do it
I bought a Thomas and friends set Bluetooth connected for a time then never worked I am so frustrated now I have a broken train and and no train contacted Lionel never workedchildrenyahoo.com
It cannot understand my accent and disconnects
I was using the LVC and it would not recognize what is was saying because of my accent. It would also disconnect form my iPhone XR a lot. But it is a cool feature.L&N 152
Does find Legacy engines
Would help if they had some kind of directions. Out of 8 engines it only finds 1. Then the up date says to hold engine button 1,2and3. I don’t have that and where is the power button to turn it off per there update. Again some kind of directions would help maybe enjoy it more. And the voice command has terrible lag. Better stay about 5-10 in front of your train or...Show lessse3dracing
