Poor Ratings Justified
You always wonder why certain apps get such poor ratings. Maybe there’s some political aspect? No, a legitimately poor app. Do they actually test these apps before they release? It is almost thoroughly unusable, and I’m still searching for Help or instructions on how to use this thing.Bluedev61

What is this?
This app makes no actual sense. It’s hard to use, hard to understand, and overall just very confusing. Just work with google and make those times more accurate and forget about this whole app.JesusLady12
Lacks any useful features
You can find nearby bus stops. Otherwise useless. Real time updates rarely give any info at all. I can’t figure out how to get directions from my current location without entering the address in the exact format that the app requires. Controls/butt difficult to use. No place to leave feedback about service or bus problems. The link to info/about/help opens Safari to a 404 not found page. My tax dollars wasted.Show lessjmriii
Loading issue
This app takes too long to load up the routes trying to see what time the bus comes and it’s not load up the stops on the appchip jagger
Confusing. Not intuitive, at all.
It was good for telling me the approximate real time arrival of my bus. Couldn’t figure out how to tell when I was expected to arrive at my destination, once I was on the bus, and not for lack of trying. I have a graduate level education and a relatively high IQ. App broken?
Sometimes the app is working perfectly fine then the next day the app doesn’t load the data....Like the bus times, bus stops, even the icon for the buses aren’t showing up at all. I’ve restarted my phone..deleted the app, installed it again and it’s still not showing up so I know it’s not my phone that’s not working... fix that plsShow lessNicole12345667
The Worst App I Have Ever Downloaded
This app is the absolute worstttttt! I’ve missed the bus so many times because of this app, even up to yesterday evening and many many times before.kasestrus
Horrible
This app is horrible. It’s “real time” arrival accuracy is way off. I watched it count down to 1 minute then the next time I looked it jumped up to “15 minutes scheduled”. Plus it freezes a lot and I have to close it and reopen it. Very frustrating to use. I don’t have the same issues with the Palm Tran app. I am deleting this one and will try it again next month. Maybe they will fix the bugs or hire the Palm Tran programmers by then.Show lessPapajunglejohn
