Very efficient - but lonely
Very efficient means of accessing room and services.
Only downside is that it means that there is no interaction between you and any staff at the hotel. Our stay went unacknowledged - we checked in, we slept, we checked out. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is the app for you.

Doesn’t work
Hotel sent me a message to use this app to check in, however whatever I tried the app continued to inform me something went wrong and to contact the app service desk. Waste of time, I will check in at the hotel desk instead.Wilf G
Great but glitch
Loved the app to check in and open door but it does freeze up and to have to restart.mojujube
Automatic door key was inconsistent
The app itself was ok. Easy to check in & out. Door key was frustrating- maybe signal here is not great. Never opened first time.USA 2013 tour

You’ve solved no problems for me I have to download an app to check in (pain) I have to give my data to you (pain) I have to do all the work of typing that in and making an account (pain) And then I’ll never use this app again because no other hotels use it…
